Julia Wadeson

Julia joined the Advanced Nutrition team in March 2023, working with new and existing clients across the UK, focusing on youngstock development.

Julia has always been interested in science and nutrition, a passion which she has taken into her agricultural roles. She started her career in dairy nutrition on a robotic unit as  herdswoman, getting involved in the practical side of calf rearing, hoof trimming and AI for the herd. Following three years at a national agricultural feed company, Julia quickly progressed to Calf and Youngstock Manager, looking after her own team and associated products,as well as her farming clients. Julia was also part of the Tesco Future Farmers Foundation in 2020.

Everyone who knows Julia knows how passionate she is about getting the best out of the cows and for her that starts by looking at the calves – the future of the herd. Julia joined the team at Advanced Nutrition as she was keen to be part of an independent company, which means she can give her clients the best advice to be able to build profitable partnerships with her customers.
