Former herd manager Ben Smith joins the team to support clients from his base in Cheshire. After completing a National Diploma in Agriculture at Reaseheath College, Ben gained extensive experience working with large dairy herds in both the UK and Germany.
His broad expertise in dairy farming includes AI, foot trimming, farm building development, cow comfort and nutrition and aligns with our “whole farm” approach, placing the cow at the centre of the business.
With a strong understanding of key farm KPIs and a collaborative mindset, Ben works closely with farm teams, vets, genetic specialists, foot trimmers, and other advisors to deliver the best outcomes. This integrated approach makes him a valuable addition to your team.
