Part Time Customer Service Administrator Required
Flexible fixed-term maternity cover opportunity at Advanced Ruminant Nutrition. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our farm consultancy business based in Hornby.
This is a part-time, fixed-term maternity cover position, expected to start in October 2026 and involve approximately 20–30 hours per week, with cover for holidays where required. Working days and hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.
The role will include:
- Answering telephone calls
- Processing orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Providing general administrative support
You will need excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Competitive salary based on experience.
Please note that, while this is initially a fixed-term maternity cover position, there may be an opportunity for a permanent role in the future, subject to business needs and the availability of suitable vacancies.
